Tab Trade - What Traders Should Know

TabTrade — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

His background is relevant. It means the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. It is more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.

Market coverage: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For a broker that is a few months old, the breadth is broad.

What You Trade On

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know a MetaQuotes platform previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders find it more natural after using both.

FIX API is offered for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is said to be on the roadmap. That will round things out when it arrives.

Costs

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not something the average person. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the thing TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. The average platform run 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, yes. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the setup is serious. That signals what kind of broker this is.

Combine those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.

Safety

Here is the detail that matters. The broker is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.

But. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is expensive. Scam brokers do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. This does not make it safe. It should inform your assessment.

The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that is worth it is your call.

The Bonus

Tab Trade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You put money in, TabTrade add bonus funds. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you deposit.

Everything in one place, covering all the details before you get more info open an website account, website is at Trade The Day.
